We do not, of course, guarantee parts other than those we install or purchase through our authorized channels (i.e. used parts, ebay parts etc&#8230;). If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parts<\/strong> &#8211; All parts purchased through Coffee &amp; Espresso Repair Solutions will be warrantied in accordance to manufacturer specifications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Used Parts<\/strong> &#8211; Coffee &amp; Espresso Repair Solutions will install parts supplied by customers with no warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Equipment Warranty &#8211;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Equipment<\/strong> &#8211; All new equipment purchased from Coffee &amp; Espresso Repair Solutions will be warrantied based on manufacturers specifications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Labor<\/strong> &#8211; Coffee &amp; Espresso Repair Solutions will warranty labor on new equipment based on manufacturers requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Terms of Payment &#8211;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Labor<\/strong> &#8211; Net 10 days from date of service completed unless otherwise stated on invoice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Late Fee<\/strong> &#8211; After 10 days a $50 late fee will be applied.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Returned Payment Fee<\/strong> &#8211; A $50 NSF fee will be applied to all returned payments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New Equipment<\/strong> &#8211; New Equipment may require a non-refundable 75% deposit at time of order and be Paid In Full prior to installation. Any other agreements must be in writing and initialed by all parties on sales invoice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Off-Site Repair<\/strong> &#8211; Off-Site Repair may require a non-refundable $150 deposit for espresso machines and a $75 deposit for all other equipment (brewers, grinders, etc&#8230;). This deposit will be credited towards the final bill.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storage Fee\/Abandoned Equipment<\/strong> &#8211; Coffee &amp; Espresso Repair Solutions may charge a $5 per day storage fee for any equipment left longer than 30 days past completion date. Coffee &amp; Espresso Repair Solutions will consider any property left 90 days past date of completion abandoned and will take ownership of said property.
